Client Cheques and Post:
During these unusual times, we would ask that, where possible, you return all application forms, AML etc. by email, which our staff will process using these scanned copies. We will require the original certified AML documentation for the file so please forward this by post only. Where documents require co-signatures by us, please note that there may be a delay in returning documentation, however we will aim to get these processed as efficiently as possible.
We would also ask that you avoid posting cheques to the office and urge your clients to transfer funds via electronic transfer. This will assist us in continuing to process investments during these unprecedented times. Please contact the office using the contact details above should you require confirmation of bank account details to facilitate EFTs.
We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support at this difficult and challenging time for everybody and we will continue to update you on any new developments.
We hope that you and your families stay well.
