Coronavirus – Important Update –

In light of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and in line with the government measures that were announced last Friday, 27th March, we wanted to provide you with an update on some of the changes Wealth Options Ltd are implementing in order to ensure that we minimise disruption to our brokers.

We are pleased to report that business has continued as close to “normal” as possible over the past two weeks and we intend for this to continue over the coming weeks.

How to contact us:

In order to ensure the safety and well-being of our team, our staff are now working remotely. We would ask that, where possible, you forward all queries by email to the addresses listed below.
Our office and BDM’s will continue to work with you to ensure that all queries are dealt with promptly.

We have extended our suspension of all external face to face meetings with our staff. Our BDM’s will be carrying out most functions by phone and email until 19th April.

Phone Lines:

Please note that our phone lines will be open from 10am to 4pm daily. Should you require to speak to a member of the team outside of these hours, please contact your BDM or email your query to one of the addresses listed above.

Client Cheques and Post:

During these unusual times, we would ask that, where possible, you return all application forms, AML etc. by email, which our staff will process using these scanned copies.  We will require the original certified AML documentation for the file so please forward this by post only. Where documents require co-signatures by us, please note that there may be a delay in returning documentation, however we will aim to get these processed as efficiently as possible.

We would also ask that you avoid posting cheques to the office and urge your clients to transfer funds via electronic transfer. These actions will assist us in continuing to process investments during these unprecedented times. As the office in Naas is currently closed we will unfortunately be unable to process cheques received into the office until our office re-opens in line with Government advice. Please contact the office using the contact details above should you require confirmation of bank account details to facilitate EFTs.
