Coronavirus – Important Update –

Over the last number of months Wealth Options has continued to operate as close to “normal” as possible. We have made changes within our business to facilitate staff combining remote working with some office presence and we will continue to operate this way for the foreseeable future, in order to ensure the ongoing safety and well being of our team.

 

How to contact us:
We would ask that, where possible, you forward all queries by email to the addresses listed below. Our office and BDM’s will continue to work with you to ensure that all queries are dealt with promptly.

Phone Lines:

Please note that our phone lines are currently open from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Client Cheques and Post:

During these unusual times, we would ask that, where possible, you return all application forms, AML etc. by email, which our staff will process using these scanned copies.  We will require the original certified AML documentation for the file so please forward this by post only. Where documents require co-signatures by us, please note that there may be a delay in returning documentation, however we will aim to get these processed as efficiently as possible.

We would also ask that you avoid posting cheques to the office and urge your clients to transfer funds via electronic transfer. This will assist us in continuing to process investments during these unprecedented times. Please contact the office using the contact details above should you require confirmation of bank account details to facilitate EFTs.
